We Are Here To Please…

As a wholesale apparel company selling a wide array of customers both on our website and offline through traditional channels, we have had the pleasure of dealing with many different types of customers.  I personally have dealt with everyone from  buyers at 500 store discount chains all the way to moms looking to outfit kids for a birthday party.  And I’ve got to tell you no two people are the same.  What I can tell you is we at The Adair Group, have done, and will continue to do our best for each and every customer.  Now I realize different buyers have different needs.

The rock bottom retail chain buyers are concerned with one thing and one thing only: PRICE.  The mom wants a fair price but she is also very concerned about the type of shirt, the fit of the shirt, how quick it can be delivered. and various other things.  I guess what I’m saying is everybody has specific needs but at the end of the day everyone wants a quality shirt at a good price.  And that is what we aim to do every single day.  We have been in business for over 50 years and you can imagine how many orders we have shipped over that time.  If you do enough business, mistakes can and will happen.  We are going to make a mistake from time to time.  Even with the controls we have put in place within our supply chain, mistakes happen.  But what sets us apart is if we do make a mistake, we want to do whatever it takes to make it right.  The thing is… we aren’t looking for orders, we are looking for customers.  Our money is made over the lifetime of a customer not just on one order.  So if you are the 99% of our customers that get exactly what you ordered every time, I guess you don’t need to read this.  But if you are that 1%, I want you to know that we are here to make it right.  You can read all about this in our terms section.  Thank you for reading and thank you for your continued support of our business.  Here’s to 50 more years!
