Wear Pink Tie Dye for a Cure!

I can’t believe that summer is officially over.  Before we know it October will be here.  It starts getting colder at night and the leaves start to fall off the trees.  October also signifies something very important, Breast Cancer awareness month.  Did you know that over 200,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer annually?  When I read this statistic I was floored as that seemed like a whole lot of people.  The good news is if you diagnose it early, Breast Cancer has a high rate of being cured.  So women should always be checked by a doctor every few years.

Breast Cancer has really stepped into the national spotlight with October being the official awareness month.  There are many ways Americans are getting the word out about this curable disease.  During the entire month of October, NFL players wear pink on their uniforms whether it be in the form of gloves, shoes, or other accessories.  The NFL is the most popular sport in the country so it really helps get the word out to everyone about Breast Cancer  There are also many walk-a-thons that take place during October throughtout the country.

Here at The Adair Group, we show our support for the cure by offering a pink ribbon tie dye t-shirt that is great to promote awareness regarding the disease.
